Coco Bay Resort is situated in Noosaville and offers accommodation for families, couples and groups looking for an affordable Noosa holiday, within easy reach of the Noosa River and Hastings Street. Guests choose Coco Bay Resort for a relaxing time in the spacious, townhouse-style self-contained villas set around tropical gardens.
Sage PR & Marketing was approached in 2019 by Coco Bay Resort for support in managing their online marketing and social media. Resort owners, Jo & Jason wanted to re-engage previous guests and improve customer engagement with regular communications and a strong online presence. We prepared a comprehensive digital communication strategy that focused on re-activation and retention of existing customers, and attraction of new customers by positioning Coco Bay Resort as a strong competitor in the crowded Noosa holiday accommodation market.
