
Noosa EV & Electrify Everything Expo 2025




The Noosa EV & Electrify Everything Expo is a free community event hosted by non-profit organisation, Zero Emissions Noosa, and is designed to inspire behaviour change towards sustainable transport and energy choices. Held annually in Noosa (June), the Expo showcases the latest electric vehicles (EVs), e-bikes, home and business money-saving energy solutions, while providing attendees with hands-on experiences and expert knowledge.
The Brief
In 2025, event organisers set an ambitious goal: grow attendance by 20% from 5,000 to 6,000 visitors, increase awareness of the Expo across a broader geographic and demographic audience, and boost engagement through both traditional media and digital platforms – with the same constrained marketing budget as previous years.
What we did
Sage PR & Marketing developed and executed an integrated communications campaign that spanned earned, owned and paid media channels. The results? Increased awareness regionally, attendance growth, and solidified the events’ brand positioning as South East Queensland’s largest EV and electrify expo.
Publicity & Media Relations
To build event awareness and community excitement, Sage PRM executed targeted media coverage across local and regional news outlets, including print, digital and radio.
Organic Social Media Strategy
Sage managed the event’s Facebook and Instagram accounts in the lead-up to the Expo. Content was designed to highlight key event activities, exhibitor showcases and sponsor contributions, while also driving audience engagement and social sharing.
Paid Social Advertising
A geo-targeted and interest-based META advertising campaign was implemented with goals to drive event awareness, increase website traffic and extend reach to surrounding regions.
Email Communications
Targeted email campaigns were developed and distributed to the Expo’s existing database. Messaging focused on driving engagement, building education around event themes, and generating excitement leading up to the event.
