Roebuck Concepts is a bespoke home designer and builder on the Sunshine Coast. They focus on creating stand-out custom-built homes that people are proud to live in, that suit the coastal and hinterland lifestyle.
Tom Roebuck moved to the Sunshine Coast several years ago and needed to position his business as a premium custom home builder that would stand out and impress clients in a competitive local market. Choosing the right builder is built on the relationship you build so we wanted his brand to feel welcoming and trustworthy while attracting the right clients that align with his premium, bespoke home building and renovation niche.
Roebuck Concepts engaged Alison Cooper to create a new website and sales brochure for the business. We developed brand messaging, website and brochure copywriting, website strategy and collaborated with 45 Degrees Studio to execute the creative. The stunning new sales brochure doubled as a lead magnet on the website with a beautiful automated email to deliver the brochure to a prospect’s inbox. We then supported Roebuck Concepts to showcase his latest full custom home rebuild project with an exclusive private function, inviting clients and local industry representatives to cement new relationships that are still important to the business today.
The Sales brochure has since been refreshed and continues to support a successful sales process.
