The Chartist is a share market trading education and service helping everyday traders to fund their future through systematic trading strategies that are proven to deliver long-term growth. After 25 years in business, The Chartist was looking for some external expertise on their messaging and marketing strategy.
Sage PR & Marketing was first engaged to conduct a communications audit to provide recommendations on how the business could connect more effectively with its audience. Our audit provided a comprehensive review of The Chartist’s social media, website, newsletter and online presence including a customer survey to gather information on customer sentiment.
Sage PR & Marketing identified that, while The Chartist were pioneers in the industry they were at risk of being left behind new and modern players in the current market. The brand was in need of modernising and repositioning as a market leader. Sage PR & Marketing managed a brand refresh collaborating with external agencies for brand, web design and development. Sage PR & Marketing provided content strategy, website information architecture, copywriting, and project management.
As part of the brand and website refresh, one of the goals was to reactivate a stagnant customer database and revitalise its membership. With a revamped membership portal and subscription plans, we refreshed all 16 email nurture sequences, and delivered a 6-point marketing strategy that we are now delivering.
