Sage PR & Marketing supported this government client to develop an internal communications project to help align its departmental team members and contractors with their unique processes and ways of working, and create efficiencies in onboarding new team members.
Sage PRM co-produced a series of training videos on the use of their unique systems and processes, a supporting resource kit and Microsoft Teams private group forum to scaffold the training with technical support and direct communication infrastructure which would improve internal team processes and efficiencies.
